Suzanne Blaney is an AFAA certified personal trainer, a Radiant Child Yoga teacher, and a facilitator for Yoga for the Special Child. She is the Co-Owner of the Health & Harmony Center in Fort Myers, FL, offering yoga-massage-healing to SWFL for over 22 years. Suzanne received the 2010 Instructor of the Year for Baby Boot Camp Nationwide. She moved to Florida in 2005 from New Jersey and has two sons, Nicholas and Nathan. Now that her boys are in school full-time, she teaches Karna Fitness classes at both Lakes Park and the Health & Harmony Center. Suzanne was a student of Baby Boot Camp from November 2007 to Aug 2008, so I worked with her as a client for a year prior to becoming an instructor. I feel that she brings a different aspect to our classes with her yoga certifications while providing a safe and effective workout. She has shown such determination as a student to reach her goals that I know she will be able to push others to do the same.
